5 Tips to Make Your Rental Property Tenant-Ready

What Makes Your Business Stand Out From The Crowd?

This year, I’m really being intentional with our gifting, especially for the kids (who literally have more than we could ever possibly need- well, we all do)! I find myself thinking over and over, “If the sheer amount of STUFF they have is stressing ME out, how can I expect it to not stress THEM out as well?!” THUS, we are definitely being mindful of our gifting and choosing a few things they want, need, practical things like clothing and shoes, and some books. You know the old adage “something you want, something you need, something to wear, and something to read.”

With that said, here is my gift guide for kids, which includes all of the things that we personally have and are all very well-loved by my kids (ages 3-8), and a few things that are on my own kid’s lists this year. We love open-ended toys that require more than just mindlessly pushing buttons, that require imagination, skill and a lot of fun! Think: blocks, Magnatiles, puzzles, books. I hope you find this list helpful, and find a few great ideas for your own kiddos! 🙂 Scroll down for lots more ideas!!

Cuddle & Kind dolls // We have so many of these cuddly dolls in our home- we just adore them. The best to sleep with and play with, such beautiful heirloom quality!

Lovevery Subscription // You all KNOW my unending love for Lovevery! The best quality pieces in every single box, you cannot go wrong! We have virtually all of them, and the toys and pieces are all favorites in our home, with all of the kids! Developed by pediatricians and Occupational Therapists and other experts, this company is doing it right!

Kwik Stix tempura paint sticks // We LOVE these in our home! So great for art time, the kids can get creative and messy and have SO much fun with them, and the clean up is a breeze!

The 50 States Activity Book // So much fun! We have the 50 States book, this is the activity book to go with it! Getting this for Sam this year 🙂

Kids knives // Another one we’re getting for the kids! Gotta practice those cutting skills, love that these are kid friendly for safe practice. 😉

Pioneer Costume // After reading Little House, this is at the top of Sophie’s wishlist. 🙂 #HomeschoolKid

Schleich Animals // We love these in our home! Great quality and realistic!

Micro Mini Scooter // All 3 of our kids have one and they’re used all of the time! A must!

Stacking Stones // So much fun!! Great for kids of all ages AND abilities, to open-endedly play together. 🙂 My autistic kid loves these as much as my neurotypical ones.
