MANILA, Philippines—For the second day in a row, the NCAA Season 98 men’s basketball games will be put on hold due to the continuing rampage of Tropical Storm Paeng.
The NCAA is one of the main collegiate leagues in Metro Manila, which has been placed under signal No. 2.
On Saturday, the league postponed their doubleheader consisting of games between Emilio Aguinaldo College and Arellano University and San Beda against College of St. Benilde.
This time, the games between Mapua and San Sebastian, as well as Jose Rizal University and Letran, have been shelved.
The league will release a revised schedule approved by the managing committee soon.
In light of All Saints’ Day on Nov. 1, the NCAA will resume its games on Wednesday instead of the usual Tuesday.
