Mrs Nielsen said a previous owner had sought and received planning approval for a residence on the site, which is no longer current.

The current gardener is keen to continue their association with Jubilee Gardens.
No.71 Jubilee Rd is listed with Elders and will be sold by expressions of interest over $835,000.
